The teams from Northfield, Hot Springs, and Boone had a wonderful first day at Payne Avenue Free Church! Each of us were called outside of our comfort zones when we were split into groups for lunch with various church members. We had a great time getting to know them and the surrounding neighborhoods.
When passing out flyers this afternoon, the students were faced with amazing situations...one girl talked with a Muslim family, who rejected the flyer, but were very friendly. Another very shy student was able to talk with a mother and her daughter who were very excited about attending BUMP! God-sightings in small ways, but we're excited to see how God will work this week!
